Scott obtained his Bachelors Degree in English & Government from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 1990. In 1992, he joined RE Analysts as an associate residential appraiser and has since performed thousands of appraisals of all types of residential and small income properties including notable estates.

In 1995 he became a principal of RE Analysts and Manager of the Residential Division. The appraisals have been of properties in Broward, Miami-Dade (some areas excluded) and Palm Beach Counties.

The appraisals have be prepared for lending including new and existing homes, refinance, divorce, PMI relief, price establishment, relocation, litigation and eminent domain. In addition, Scott has been qualified as an expert witness and testified in court. Over the years, Scott has been the appraiser for several large residential projects. Scott grew up in South Florida and has extensive real estate knowledge in the markets. He takes great pride in providing quality and timely services.
