Jorge earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree with a minor in Real Estate from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. After receiving his degree in 1988, he joined a real estate development company. Soon after, Jorge joined a national property tax consulting firm in South Florida where he excelled and was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

In 1996, he was recruited by one of the Big 4 accounting and consulting firms. As a Senior Tax Manager in Florida, Jorge implemented and managed aggressive strategies for the firm's clients in pursuit of favorable tax assessments. In 1998, he joined R/E Analysts as the Manager of the Ad-Valorem Tax Division. This opportunity has allowed him to provide more personal and flexible property tax services, which was his primary vision and goal.

Jorge has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry with primary emphasis in the ad-valorem tax field. His expertise encompasses traditional and unique valuation techniques covering almost all property types and categories. His experience covers the entire appeal spectrum from the administrative thru judicial levels.
